Overview

Plan an annual conference for over 1,000 or an executive board meeting for 10 dignitaries using our versatile Tampa meeting room space. Choose from a wide array of Tampa venues to suit your event perfectly, including indoor and outdoor pre-function space, a 10,370 square foot ballroom and 19 meeting rooms. Our Meeting Concierge will work with you to ensure the smooth handling of all your requirements, including a room set to your specifications.


To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity. Additionally, all meeting facilities are permanently wired with a Cat5E, switched Ethernet network with a dedicated T1 connection to the Internet. The network allows for complex networking solutions within the hotel meeting space as well as Internet connections up to 50 times faster than standard dial up.

Audubon Ballroom
Picture yourself gliding across the dance floor in our Audubon Ballroom - the largest of our event spaces. Create a warm and inviting environment for your wedding celebration. Our generous venue easily accommodates the most extensive guest list, with plenty of room for dais, dance floor, band, DJ and more.  The adjoining pre-function area is ideal for pre-dinner cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Audubon Pavilion
Utilize this seasonal outdoor space – available from December to April - in conjunction with the Audubon Ballroom for breathtaking Tampa, Florida waterfront wedding ceremonies or as a beautiful background for photos.

Sandhill Crane, Snowy Egret, Cormorant
Conveniently situated around a pre-function area, each of these meeting venues work well for medium size events with 20 to 150 guests.  Hold a committee meeting in a conference set up for 22 or demonstrate a new product in a theater set up for 120.

Herring Gull, Pelican, Roseate Spoonbill, Kingfisher
Take in views of the bay from the large windows gracing these rooms.  Natural lighting keeps meeting participants attentive, and lends an added touch to social gatherings.  Select a boardroom set up for 24 or a banquet for 50.

Wilson's Plover Boardroom
This exquisite rooftop location, with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of the Tampa skyline, is perfect for an elegant gathering of up to 80.
